-Help in contributing to make our company the #1 choice for interior sliding glass doors.-Retail/showroom sales: includes handling all walk in prospective customers, up keeping the products and showroom, as well as all inbound calls, emails, requests for sales. -Maintain inventory of samples and catalogs for the showroom-Research and contact new leads-Maintain accurate reports for the daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Responsible for accessing leads generated from the sales tracking system and other sources to obtain customer and other information that supports the ability to initiate appointments and establish accounts, as well as for making outbound calls to proactively retain business relationships with commercial and industrial customers. Also responsible for inbound calls and follow-up to ensure customer retention and to identify potential new, business that may lead to targeted profitable growth.
