Lead development of strategic partnerships and transformational opportunities to scale Room to Read's technical assistance opportunities. Build relationships with individual donors, corporate and foundation partners, bi-lateral and multi-lateral agencies, NGOs, and governments, in order to build local capacity to improve the literacy skills of primary school students, and improve the opportunities for girls to complete secondary school with the skills necessary to make key life decisions.In this role I focus on building partnerships, business development, project management, and building the systems internally to support and manage transformational opportunities and the growing technical assistance portfolio which now spans more than 16 countries.
