Operated by the Virginia Economic Development Partnership (VEDP), the Virginia Talent Accelerator Program provides fully customized talent acquisition and training solutions at no cost to qualified new and expanding companies as an incentive for job creation. We directly engage businesses with a "client first" approach through consultative practices to define and create talent specific plans on a per client basis.Role Responsibilities:- Help create talent acquisition branding strategies and tactics for a wide variety of clients throughout Virginia- Recommend the right mix of media and marketing, and conduct media buys as well as track outcomes and analytics- Work closely with client human resources, talent acquisition teams, and subject-matter-experts to identify and define targeted audiences for attracting talent- Contribute to the development of a talent acquisition suite of services as core offerings, including, digital and social campaign management, virtual hiring event advertisements, radio advertisements and other related services- Collaborate with VEDP's Visualization and Video Services team to create proper messaging and branding content for clients including billboard designs, direct mail, radio advertisements and webpage content- Help client's social media platforms including LinkedIn and Facebook and create sponsored social media advertisements using design tools like Canva Premium- Create new or refine existing talent attraction messaging solutions to deliver blended tactics for diverse audiences- Identify talent acquisition media channels to promote the client’s brand and value proposition

- Manage all aspects of the recruiting process to ensure that the talent needs of the organization are met.
