Hi! I'm Lauren and I am a passionate art and depth therapist! We opened The Holding Space with the intention of helping others to find their truths and heal through the process of uncovering, discovering, and discarding. Using art in this process gives us an opportunity to delve deeper into the subconscious in order to become aware of the root of our struggles. In doing that, we allow ourselves to keep, change, or externalize those roots and decide how we want to live.

Our center was created with the intention of providing a safe space for our clients to freely explore the struggles that often block their experience of a more fully expressed life. The therapists at our center believe that in order to begin healing, we first need to feel safe enough to let someone in to facilitate that journey. By digging deep into ourselves, we are able to find the connection between our current struggles to wounds that were created long ago in childhood. Through empathy, radical acceptance, and action, we help our clients shift the old beliefs and create new ones.
