My team and I are responsible for managing complex IT projects to ensure the successful implementation of technology services and products that support the business objectives of our clients. We maintain, update, and train on service delivery processes. Our goal is to keep projects running smoothly and efficiently. We act as primary points of contact and project coordinators between internal clients (Account Executives, Engineers, Management, Customer Service and Administration) and customers. I am also the System Admin for our Salesforce CRM.

Perform server installations, decommissions, and troubleshooting inside multiple Data Centers. Management of Co-Location Data Center processes, vendor point of contact, budget tracking, and ensuring adherence to Data Security policies. Worked extensively with IT teams to consolidate Data Centers. Intake, corrections, and implementation of Statements of Work for managed Data Center sites.

Monitor, coordinate, and then execute PDU migration of over 50 servers. Data Center Grid Restructuring Project: Labeling and tracking individual circuitry for every device in the Data Center. Organizing and updating Database with parts/servers as they come into the build area and lab. IT Projects and daily service request ticket completion in a prioritized fashion.

Organize spreadsheets for tracking orders and analyzing order issues that occur during the provisioning process. Working closely with phone companies on order issue resolution, creating templates for email and phone scripts, mentoring new employees, and quality control. Assisted in the creation of new departments and developed methods and procedures for new groups. Worked alongside of many corporate departments to resolve order and engineering issues.*Completed extensive customer service training class.
