(EA acquired Glu Mobile)Building the learning and development function for a global company, I quickly identified a variety of development needs: onboarding, technical upskilling, general talent development, and leadership development. Establishing a relationship with HR business partners, stakeholders, leadership team, and analyzing data from employees, I was able to uncover the company’s overall strategic learning needs:- Design, develop, and deliver leadership onboarding program- Launched the company-wide Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion program including training, workshops, etc.- Influenced learning culture by solidifying an e-learning content provider for on-demand, self-paced learning- Researched, evaluated, and implemented the company's first learning management system that allows us to centralize learning, track and report learning data, and design, develop, and deliver virtual trainings.

Promoted to manage and deliver an effective change management program for operational changes impacting 1200+ production team members. Working in a highly collaborative and cross-functional role, I had the opportunity to contribute to and own numerous operations-focused projects and changes, including: - Communicate operational changes to production team members within five different business departments via a weekly newsletter.- Provide risk analysis on major implementations that impact productions and partner with key stakeholders to push back on releases when risk levels are exceeded.- Partner with the content development and learning and development teams to ensure procedure changes are communicated and impacted parties trained in advance of the change implementation.

In this role, collaborated with business leaders and HR Business Partners to translated the learning strategy into learning and development programs and initiatives best for their organization. While designing and facilitating in-person and virtual leadership training, I led and supported the following:- Partner with cross-functional business leaders and HR Business Partners to develop L&D programs and learning solutions.- Design, implement, and scale manager programs including job aids, facilitator guides, participant guides, and other performance improvement tools.- Led the integrated the L&D team for the business’s BPO provider- Redesigned the onboarding program and implemented the corporate social responsibility volunteer program into the experience to create a sense of belonging and engagement.- Established and trained the operations line of business globally with our partner provider to ensure business continuity.

Supported the operations line of business in the execution of training and performance for more than 150 new hires across our US and global locations:- Facilitated both virtual and in-person learning initiatives.- Performance managed new learners to reach business-established performance metrics such as QA, decisions per day, etc.- Developed curricula, instructions, documentation and written assessments for training courses.

Managed 24 sales associates across 4 departments, training new sales techniques to maximize sales goals. Led a 36% increase in sales volumes for four departments grossing $10.9M in annual sales for the store. Served as leader and coach to associates by providing constructive feedback and inspiring continuous learning on new products.
