I’m Lauren Frazer, born in Nebraska and raised in Florida. After moving to Palm Beach Gardens from Sarasota at the age of five, I began my professional journey in 2009 as a receptionist in the spa industry, eventually advancing to an assistant manager role. In 2014, I shifted my focus to web development and design, earning a diploma from Palm Beach Code School in 2015. This led to a role as a freelance web developer for the School District of Palm Beach County, where I played a key part in migrating their website to WordPress.Despite my success in tech, I felt drawn back to the spa industry and accepted a full-time manager position at a local spa while continuing freelance web work. After a brief hiatus to focus on my growing family, I returned to the workforce in 2019 as the manager of Tranquil Radiance Spa in Palm Beach Gardens. In this role, I’ve been instrumental in driving the spa’s growth by managing print advertisements, creating and maintaining the business website, creating social media content, and promoting a business I deeply believe in. In addition to my role at the spa, I launched my own e-commerce store, Modern Hippeez Boutique, in September 2023.
