• Drove strategic package innovation cross-functionally by enabling the proposal, IP securement, development, and implementation of breakthrough packaging & product development in support of SGP efforts. • Lead new equipment & packaging design technology development, secured financial backing from Executive Management, and obtained IP before executing installation and qualifications for 67 nation-wide plants to provide new opportunities for fluid white milk market and business portfolio growth >$60 MM. • Lead R&D and Procurement team to deliver AOP savings of $20MM from contract negotiations, resourcing, and reengineering projects optimizing ingredients, processing methods, streamlining logistics, ancillaries, and packaging. • Executed new equipment design technology development, installation, and qualification for plants providing new opportunities for ice cream & cultured dairy markets business generating $MM portfolio growth. • Delivered $1MM over 12 months through manufacturing cost savings project champion (preventative maintenance program for Bosch cutting tools) utilizing and teaching Six Sigma practices. • Alternate packaging material development and sourcing for various non-dairy fluid applications across multiple business units with the prospective saving of > $5MM while creating a 100% sustainable product.

• Kaizen and Green Belt Project Leader • Designing and modifying complete packaging systems for international and domestic distribution class III vascular and cardiac medical devices through compositional analysis of packaging materials (FTIR, XM, and PLM) & conducting aging studies/shelf life and sterilization compatibility testing in compliance to ISO11607. • Designed, verified, and implemented a valve delivery compassionate (single clinical patient) packaging system for immediate [successful] patient use in the United Kingdom. • Lead and supported LEAN & Six Sigma packaging process improvements and cost reduction projects, yielding savings of over $200K through tertiary packaging redesigns & qualifications, manufacturing and processes improvements, materials, and dimensional weight savings. • Liaison for Japan, Hong Kong, and Netherlands distribution centers and contract manufacturers in employing packaging and labeling improvements to reduce product damage and cost.
