I am a Wetland Ecologist with the Colorado Natural Heritage program. I spent summer 2023 leading a research crew in Grand Teton National Park, looking at fens and identifying the plants in wetlands confirmed to have 40 cm of peat or more. In summer 2024 I am leading a crew in Great Sand Dunes National Park for a wetland and ungulate monitoring project, and a crew in Rocky Mountain National Park for GLORIA, an alpine ecosystem monitoring project. I graduated from the University of Minnesota, having studied Fisheries, Wildlife, Conservation Biology with a concentration in conservation biology and a minor in Sustainability Studies. I love meeting new people, long distance running, reading, and am incredibly passionate about the natural world
