Responsible for assisting the president of BEDI in leading 156 members on the importance of inclusion in our chapter. Assists in new ideas to make our organization a more belonging space. Helps to plan and execute presentations to inform members on diversity and inclusion.

Capture photo memories at Gamma Phi Beta events and philanthropies. Create a member scrapbook to highlight member experiences. Monitors position budget.

Mentor and guide up to 70 new members at one time. Passionate about teaching new members of the Gamma Phi Beta Tau sorority about the core values of membership. Exceeds in making our organization an inclusive accepting community. Plans team-building activities and teaches a four-week course and leads an exam. Encourage inclusion and support and form a bridge for interpersonal relationships with older members. Works closely with strategies for member retention. Raises money for our philanthropic group Girls on the Run.

Conducts comprehensive randomized audits to assess the quality and compliance of all staff members and safety officers' first aid and CPR skills. Advise on the necessary adjustments to ensure they meet the industry standards. Leads in-services to ensure the skills are continuously practiced and upheld. Based on audit findings, provide recommendations for improving CPR and first aid training programs. Holds post-audit debriefs working to resolve any issues and continued corrective actions.

Responsible for the oversight of the facility and all sports club events. Maintains a proper chain of communication throughout the Recreation Center and event locations.
