I love challenges because I love creating solutions - in every aspect of life. I love people because I believe in being in the business of building others up. These passions have served me well and taught me much.In the last decade of my life, I have become a wife, a mother, a competitive athlete, and a career-oriented female who found success in previously male-dominated field. I am grateful to say, I have thrived and I owe much of it to the values that people and processes have instilled within me. I attribute being metrics-driven to the fact that I can find success by building rapport with others to make that happen for me - and it is genuine. I genuinely care about the outcome and how it makes life better for my employees or my clients. I value the mark I leave on others during our encounters.There is no business without challenge. There is no meeting I have ever walked (or dialed) into that didn't require objection handling. Overcoming obstacles is so much about perspective and shifting the perspective to create a new view on a nagging problem. I love watching the return that comes with a solution and how it impacts an entire business or even a singular employee. Throughout my career, I've continually led internal and external teams to success. I've managed projects that deliver a commitment to excellence and are both efficient and effective. I have consistently and enthusiastically been a top performer in business initiatives and impacted the growth and retention of clients. I have built lasting relationships with colleagues and mentors.
