• Administered client-centered Occupational Therapy services for a caseload of 75 clients between 17 and 81 years old.• Completed initial evaluations for clients with conditions including but not limited to orthopedic fractures of the upper extremity, bilateral burns of varying degrees, neural pathologies, tendon repairs, and contractures.• Conducted, interpreted, and developed treatment plans using standardized assessments to determine appropriate intervention and treatment goals including the Quick Disabilities of Shoulder, Arm, and Hand (QuickDASH), Orebro Musculoskeletal Screening Questionnaire (OMSQ-12), Two-Point Discrimination Test, and Semmes-Weinstein monofilament test.• Delivered services including manual therapy techniques, physical agent modalities, prescribed home exercise programs, and facilitated and supervised occupation-based interventions specific to client’s functional goals.• Fabricated and made adjustments as necessary to custom-fitted orthoses including forearm based dorsal blocking splints, thumb spica, and A2 pulley protection splints.• Administered wound care procedures including stitch removal, sterilized cleansing, debridement, and dressing application, and provided client education for home wound care.• Developed and implemented fine motor interventions to promote tactile discrimination necessary to develop functional IADL skills.
