Prior to my promotion shown above, I was honored to be given the Employee of the Year Award by Sterling Organization in 2013. In my first two years at Sterling, I completely reworked the firm's marketing materials, set up brand guidelines and redeveloped the corporate website. I also managed five $100,000 annual marketing budgets for Sterling's shopping mall properties, hired and managed 4 property-level marketing & events managers and executed monthly events and promotions at 5 malls (3 out of state) to drive awareness and foot traffic. With the launch of our first private equity fund series in 2012, I was also an original and key player in the execution of the firm's quarterly reporting and annual meeting teams.

Coordinated and produced all marketing projects at this commercial real estate company. Projects included: email marketing, direct mail, signage, coupons, flyers, advertising and web sites, including social media sites. Also provided support for special events on location. Our team worked directly with hundreds of businesses/tenants at a dozen shopping centers throughout Florida.

Shiny Light Studios was a marketing consultancy specializing in print and web design with a focus on branding. Other services included email marketing and social media management, event planning, copy writing, editing and art direction. Clients included PR, marketing and event planning firms, publishing houses, small businesses, professional services, and non-profits.

Developed content and design of three regional interior design magazines: Palm Beach, Boca Raton and Sarasota Homes & Lifestyles (each published 8x/year). After launch, I art directed photo shoots on location and oversaw layout of all three publications. As Creative Director, I managed one employee and more than 10 freelance photographers.I was also the Editor of the Palm Beach title. I developed content and assigned stories; located and hired freelancers; edited, copy edited and fact-checked all content. Responsible for budget. Represented PBMG at social and professional events.

As a designer, I collaborated with team of award-winning designers, illustrators, photographers and editors to produce dynamic, readable sections including three Sunday sections: Good Life, A&E and Travel; weekly sections: Food & Dining and Inside Local Business; and daily Accent sections. Participated on redesign team and award committees.As Editor of the Home & Garden section (Good Life), I was responsible for content planning, assigning stories, hiring freelancers, editing stories and designing section. I held this position for roughly 1 year until August 2005.
