At PF Chang's, I presented the first impression of the restaurant to the customer. This included greeted guests, managed seating arrangements, maintained clean and organized tables and work areas, assisted servers when and as needed, as well as being in charge of to go orders and reservations.

At HFFRC, I helped prepare and lead group counseling session using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Therapeutic Community Counseling (TC). I facilitated discussion and interaction while enabling group members to understand and accept responsibility for recovery process and acquire necessary coping and behavior management skills. I also assisted at receptionist's desk with scheduling, checking clients in and out, and other tasks.

Homes of Hope is a nonprofit organization that works to place low income families into stable and beautiful homes at an affordable cost. HoH then also works with their clients to help them establish a secure way of living through life skills training such as time management and economic empowerment.During my time at Homes of Hope, I worked with clients to establish a stable foundation for their family, managed contact spreadsheets for families, implemented new organizational programs, and designed the monthly newsletters.
