Lauren is a visionary leader with board membership, entrepreneurial, sales, strategy and marketing experience. In her current position as VP of Performance Marketing she is known for driving innovation and business results. She's motivated her team to harness the power of the digital landscape in new ways to drive revenue, deliver unique customer experiences, increase omni-channel engagement and drive co-worker advocacy. She has been instrumental in CDW’s transformation into a Services led organization; from leading the launch of CDW Amplified Services to assisting with the integration of two acquisitions. Prior to CDW, she was Assistant VP at SBC (now AT&T) where she held leadership positions in Customer Analytics & Research as well as Sales. As an entrepreneur she launched InfoFacil, a Spanish language directory assistance company that was sold to Bell South. She launched her career in Advertising where she worked on iconic brands such as McDonald's and the Army National Guard.Lauren is passionate about building the next generation of talent; in addition to developing her own team she is on the CDW Emerging Leaders Steering Committee as well as a frequent contributor to several Business Research Groups. She is an international speaker with teaching experience including UT Austin and The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. Her achievements have resulted in several recognitions including: “Top 25 Digital Marketers” by BtoB Magazine; iMedia’s “Ten Hottest Digital Marketers” and Women to Watch in BtoB Marketing by FierceCMO. She was previously a Board Member for the American Marketing Association Chicago Chapter. Lauren has a BBA from Howard University. She earned her MBA at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
