- Manage a portfolio of over 300 faculty members in 10+ university graduate programs, serving as the sole point of contact for faculty and university leadership and stakeholders, including university program directors, deans, and provosts. - Provide white-glove service throughout a faculty member's tenure, consistently scoring at exceptional levels in biannual faculty satisfaction surveys. Train and onboard new faculty on the 2U technology tools and strategies needed for online teaching. - Assist with launching new partnerships, establishing relationships with university leadership and putting in place norms and processes for the incoming faculty. Tailor up to 25 unique domestic and international customer-focused meetings per quarter, with up to 50 attendees respectively. Providing white-glove service in flight coordination, ground transportation, hotel and dinner arrangements, and local VIP experiences.- Collaborate with sales teammates to establish meeting objectives, budgets, timelines, deliverables, and priorities for meeting execution. Oversee set-up of AV, furniture, catering, and any special accommodations needed for each account's visit. - Plan and execute events, tours and transportation for corporate and association clients traveling into Washington, DC, Northern VA, and Baltimore, MD for meetings or incentive trips.
