As a Consultant, I led projects for all Sprinklr products for new and existing clients, including enterprise, Fortune500 companies, beginning with use case discovery and configuration, and ending with training and implementation of the features and functionality. I worked with a variety of global teams from customer service to marketing to HR, in order to create a collaborative, seamless, integrated solution for all of their social needs.I worked in concert internally with sales, product and engineering, success, and project management to create a unified, "one-Sprinklr" customer experience.In addition, I created and continually improved the new client onboarding process which was developed to educate users about the products they’ve purchased and inform them of what to expect during their implementation.

As the Senior Manager of Knowledge as a Service, I managed a team of both internal and outsourced technical writers and consultants, and all Knowledge Base (KB) documentation for the entire platform. The documentation consisted of product and feature function and how-to guides, videos and use cases. I also managed department operations and analytics for both the KB and team in order to guide in strategic goal and KPI development. In order to ensure high-quality writing, I designed and implemented a formal style guide with guidelines for representing our documentation in a consistent voice.I created a customer feedback support process and built SLAs and guidelines to ensure fast responses with the correct guidance. In this role, I was able to work closely and collaborate with Product Management, Product Marketing and Marketing teams, internally.

In this role, I designed and delivered technical, deep-dive, product training curriculum for use in virtual, instructor-led and eLearning courses with an audience of internal employees, clients, and partners. I cross-collaborated directly with clients and also our internal Implementation Consultants and Sales teams. Early on during my time on the training team, I led the process for seeking out, building and implementing a Learning Management System (LMS) to be used as a client-facing tool for product-focused, interactive eLearning courses. I also created all elements of the courses, from the initial framework, script-writing, voice-over, screen-capture, and course construction/editing. I developed and deployed a Certification program for both clients and partners as well as an internal Train-the-Trainer Certification program. In addition to certifications, we offered customized virtual and face-to-face training (nationally and internationally), for which I managed all elements, including the creation of an internal training request process, pricing & SOW generation, strategic agenda creation, and curriculum delivery. I worked with clients to learn their social business strategy in order to create tailored learning agendas that fit their specific needs and platform setup. Oftentimes, I ended up configuring their platform framework to adjust it to fit their goals. For a short time, I even led internal HR and core value training for all new hires.

Coastal Carolina Concepts helped people and small businesses stay up-to-date on the most current and innovative marketing options, connect to customers and employees, and gain an Internet presence by promoting them through Social Media and other digital forums. We set up, maintained and/or offered consultation and knowledge for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, blogs, email campaigns or websites based on your preferences and company "personality."

We provide on-site and eLearning courses and training in the proper techniques of using Social Media for business. We worked with enterprise and small-medium sized companies to help them communicate, engage, manage crisis and train community managers.

Created and maintained all marketing efforts in various Internet-related avenues for Real Estate agent, including Web design, blogging, social media, weekly E-newsletters and print advertising.

Tempo is Coastal Carolina University's award winning student produced features magazine. On it, I worked with the Assistant Editor and Art Director on recruiting staff, creating themes, article and photo ideas and assisting students on the creation of stories and photography appropriate to the theme of the magazine. I edited and re-edited articles, photos and magazine proofs before and after they were sent to the printer and led bi-monthly meetings for the staff, as well as actively participating in the production of the magazine for 5 consecutive semesters.

Call guests to go over their vacation itinerary, timeshare tour and answer questions; Check in guests, relay itinerary, and go over map, hotel and area information; Assist guests by scheduling tee times, show and dinner reservations, and informing them of the best local places suitable to their personal interests.
