Lead Therapist
Current• Work in collaboration with the National Director of Psychotherapy, National Medical Director, Clinical Operations Dyad, and administrative leadership to create clarity and definitive growth of a therapist group within the Talkiatry system of care.• Connect to Talkiatry’s clinical and educational priorities.• Communicate Talkiatry strategy and performance to Therapy team members.• Lead by example and engage therapists and staff in creating a positive work environment that values excellence, teamwork and constantly strives to exceed the organization's exp• Establish a leadership backup system to assure continued high-quality leadership in the absence of the National Director of Psychotherapy.• Meet regularly with the National Director of Psychotherapy to review Team priorities• Assist with the monthly therapist department meeting, including agenda planning and follow up of questions/issues that arise during the meeting.Assist with troubleshooting therapists' concerns and meet quarterly with therapists in 1:1 meetings• Provide therapists timely feedback to ensure all documentation and clinical recommendations are meeting Talkiatry practice standards; progressively performance manage therapists• Interview potential therapy candidates to aid in the expansion of the serviceReview and approve all PTO/sick time requests for your assigned group of therapists• Stay up to date with current best practices in mental health care
