In this role I was responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process of engaging agency contractors, short-term and long-term VPS employees. This includes developing position descriptions, writing advertisements, shortlisting, interviewing, conducting background checks, making offers and collating new starter paperwork for payroll processing.
