Focused on building marketing bench strength by creating a Marketing Rotational Program providing entry level employees with exposure and experience to different marketing disciplines. Implemented monthly HR 1 on 1 rhythm focused at developing people managers, providing guidance on organizational design, performance management and driving engagement.

Supported the headquarters move from Glenwillow, OH to Charlotte, NC. Relocated 50 employees and hired +200 salaried professionals in Charlotte. Served as an internal lead for office space build out in Charlotte; approximately 70,000 sq. ft.
