I possess the skills necessary to conduct an ongoing full market analyses to determine the needs of the communities that my company/facility serves and in doing so I am able to develop a strategic plan of action on how my company/facility may capture that market thus turning a profit. I am well experienced in developing a sense of teamwork within the group on individuals that I work with. I believe that in order to make persons feel that they can contribute to a team you must treat them as if they are the key player in a team which essentially without the individuals you do not have a team. I can look at the full spectrum of issues that may be harming my organization and by doing so I can determine, along with the help of my team what our weaknesses are and how we can change them and how we can capitalize on our strengths as a team in order to make our organization more successful. I have taken numerous courses in human resources management, healthcare financial management as well as business finance which has given me the foundation of dealing with an organization’s human and financial resources. As far as information resources are concerned I have always learned any and all company’s software programs backwards and forward in order to successfully perform my assigned duties. I work on a daily basis with area healthcare facilities in order to establish successful working relationships among us all. I am able to learn from any and all previous mistakes, if you may, of my organization and use any advice another organization may offer in order to improve upon business practices.
