I’m Lauren, CEO of Megaphone — we’re a Melbourne-based, full-service digital agency who have been awarded 2 years in a row the #1 Social Media Agency of the Year (2021 + 2022), among a host of other amazing achievements.Since I stepped into the CEO role in 2019, Megaphone has expanded over 6 cities and grown to 120+ employees. My journey began at Megaphone as a Junior Account Manager when we were just a small startup agency. I’m incredibly proud that Megaphone has over 70% representation of females in leadership and was awarded first place in the Global Stevie Awards for Woman & Executive of the year.At Megaphone, beyond our learning-driven culture and holistic client growth strategies, we also work with not-for-profit organisations like Make-A-Wish and OzHarvest by providing pro-bono marketing services and volunteering opportunities for our team.As for me, I love helping people achieve their goals and grow their businesses. Outside of the office, I love reading and listening to audiobooks, cooking and traveling (take me back to Italy any day).
