Currently I lead a small team to provide excellent customer service for Kentucky's highest quality network of community and technical colleges at KCTCS System Office, through our digital and print services. Building professional relationships is my specialty and I genuinely enjoy interaction with all levels of clients, employees, internal customers and supervisors. My education and experience in Graphic Design allow me to use my discerning eye and creativity to assist clients to express their brands and build toward their goals.

While administering managerial and staff coverage for sites throughout the Lexington, KY market I also provided feedback to site employees and leadership regarding processes, procedures, and improvement opportunities. I thoroughly enjoyed traveling to different Ricoh sites experiencing individualized locations and the interaction with my colleagues and unique customers.
