• Successfully obtained more than $2.1 million in grants during most recent fiscal year (June 1, 2022 – July 30, 2023).• Work collaboratively with C-suite and program leadership to conceptualize and design new program and service expansion models that comply with RFP requirements and result in funding support.• Develop program concept papers and funding needs in a manner that moves funders to provide financial support.• Research, identify, and vet potential government, foundation and corporate funding opportunities that align with JEVS mission and programs.• Analyze data to prepare well-researched reports, using primary and secondary research as appropriate, on a variety of assigned topics, including best practices and market research to support mergers and affiliations business.• Support development of department procedures to create document templates, knowledge bank of relevant primary sources, and archives of past submissions and/or historical data.• Work with staff across program lines and organization hierarchy to advance agency mission and foster internal collaboration.

• Manages the proposal development process throughout all stages from pre-RFP to final submission including but not limited to: RFP analysis & review, scheduling and facilitating proposal kick off and development calls; gathering questions for the client and liaising with subject matter experts / final production including Orals presentations/Best and Final Offers (BAFO)• Oversees and participate in searching for new business opportunities• Coordinates go/no-go decisions with Business Unit heads, and SVP of Business Development• Prepares statements of qualifications/capabilities• Collaborates with multiple resources [i.e., Business Development/Marketing Teams, Operations, Finance, Subject Matter Experts (SME)] for the timely and complete delivery of quality winning proposals• Responsible for the implementation and renewal of contracts across all business units. • Maintains and organizes files, templates, and projects used in production of proposals (i.e., Salesforce)• Contract management responsibilities include:o Acts as the key point-of-contact for all clients and information related to specified accountso Ensures contracts are signed, implemented, and retainedo Confirms contract language is accurate with terms of agreemento Completion of all required forms for each contracto Verify compliance with terms (i.e., insurance) and identify changes requiring resolution at contract renewalo Supports the various business units as it relates to drafting, amending, and negotiating contracts
