When I was younger, I would take things apart and put them back together again. Why? Well, I suppose I just wanted to understand how it worked, but more importantly, that I had the ability to put it back together - Maybe it worked the same, maybe it worked better. Either way, I knew more than I did before.Alas, I didn't grow up to be an engineer, mechanic or NASA scientist, but I never lost that want and ability to break things down, understand them and make them work again. Today, I am an analytics manager in logistics. I look at, combine and re-configure data to (hopefully) find a better, more efficient way of doing things which is beneficial for all - from customer to environment!Sometimes I'm looking for the problem and sometimes I'm looking for the answer.
