With a strong focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Lauren specializes in the professional development of diverse law students and empowering the next generation of social engineers.As the founder of Instilling My Ability to Naturally Embrace Excellence (IMANEE), Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to uplifting Black girls, Lauren demonstrates her unwavering commitment to advocacy and social impact.Currently, Lauren serves as Dean of Career Services at Howard University School of Law, where she leads efforts in law student recruitment, career readiness, and leadership development.
