CurrentHybrid role assisting with the management of state, federal, and appellate intellectual property, entertainment, and general business litigation for mid-size firm, supporting multiple litigators. Daily responsibilities include general case management, legal calendaring, drafting court documents (notices, stipulations, motions, etc), preparing discovery requests and responses, facilitating document production and bates labeling, reviewing documents, legal and factual research, preparing and sending correspondence, filing documents with courts, and document management, among other things, including training other paralegals. California Rules of Court, FRCP, FRAP, and local rule wizard who is also a perfectionist and writing/grammar nerd.
