The organisation described here is what is called a “raise-up”, which is created with high potential for scaling and is raised with the necessary resources and protection of its unique characteristics. Through the introduction of the "raise-up" company, the modelintroduced here overcomes the problems that traditional models are being faced with, as it offers the transition from exploration towards exploitation in a “raise-up” that is ready to scale.
