The Australia-Indonesia Partnership for Promoting Rural Income Through Support for Market in Agriculture (PRISMA) is a multiyear market development program aims to increase agriculture value chain competitiveness and sustainably increase 30% income of 1 million smallholder farmers.I supported the head of portfolio in managing PRISMA's largest sector, Maize in East Java, West Nusa Tenggara, and East Nusa Tenggara, in which I oversaw a team of six business consultants. In this role, I was responsible for developing and improving the sector vision, designing key intervention strategies, advocating for public policy, and overseeing the implementation of intervention activities to promote socially inclusive business solutions. Additionally, I worked closely with various stakeholders including agriculture input companies, financial institutions, national and province level policymakers, IT startups, business associations, and commodity buyers to ensure successful partnerships.

FORWARD is a market-driven up-cycling of urban organic solid waste program in Indonesia funded by the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO).I conducted a market research for organic waste solution involving insect protein (Black Soldier Fly farming), which served as an alternative source of protein for feed mills and aquaculture. The outcome of my research laid the foundation for piloting the first medium-scale organic waste treatment facility in Sidoarjo. In addition, I oversaw and supported the research by university students to promote three conversion products derived from the organic fraction of municipal waste. This involved networking with key stakeholders from various industries to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
