I'm so happy to share my experience working at the Athlete Academy in Salisbury Maryland this summer! I was able to work with a range of athletes in gaining mental skills to improve athletic performance. Some of the skills I focused on included self-talk, confidence, reducing anxiety, and mindfulness exercises.
