WPC Energy is a non-advocacy, non-political organization established in 1933 and has accreditation as a Non-Governmental Organization (“NGO”) by the United Nations. WPC Energy connects global leaders to provoke thoughtful debate aimed at evolving our energy industry for the benefit of all. The focus is to be active part of the dialogue in a “responsible energy transition” being the key neutral forum in energy issues and creating value for WPC Energy stakeholders. WPC Energy is registered in the United Kingdom, and has a permanent Secretariat headquartered in London, England. The WPC Energy is governed by a council of its member countries, currently numbering ~60 countries, each as represented on the council by its national committee. The Canadian Association for WPC Energy (“WPC Energy Canada”) is a non-profit association incorporated under the Societies Act (Alberta) and is the national committee for Canada.

• Define governance and process interconnections between 11 assets and corporate strategy, sustainability, portfolio, business planning, commercial, opportunity realization and development for process rationalization, integration and better investment decision making.• Enterprise Process Lead for Develop and Manage Projects at Suncor.

• Directed a team responsible for Suncor’s Bitumen Supply Strategy which links development opportunities across all upstream assets (mine, upgrading, integration, tailings, water, in situ, GHG’s, and technology) while driving scenario development, economics, decision analysis, commercial transaction, and relay key messages to senior leaders, investor relations and the executive leadership team for confidential strategic decisions. • Represent Fort Hills Holdings Inc as VP Governance, a 14% WI Joint Venture in Fort Hills Mine, voting at Management Committees and driving performance optimization at Operation & Commercial Subcommittees.

• Led a team of technical engineering experts in prioritizing and derisking a portfolio of technologies in RLF & CCUS to reduce GHG’s and drive the best value for Suncor’s base business. • Fostered collaborative relationships with industry, government, universities, research organizations, funding officials, and stakeholders.

• Managed a team of 8 development leads responsible for over 100 medium complexity oil sand projects throughout the Wood Buffalo Region and saved over $60MM in development expense. • Successfully led the Ore Processing Optimization Program to reduce uncertainty of asset performance, understand constraints, create more accurate models for forecasts, along with integration of OPEX and Capex projects.

• Manage a multidisciplinary team of 8 responsible for Suncor Energy’s renewable energy portfolio, the advancement of greenfield prospects and government Power Purchasing Agreements (PPAs) procurements • Provide technical engineering services in resource assessments, technology evaluations, layouts, regulatory permitting, and interconnection transmission studies to the development, operations, and business development team• Led the team through regulatory discussions, high-level steps and priorities to obtain all permits and licenses for construction and operation of a 400MW $560MM Forty Mile Wind Power Plant project

• Managed the business and operations of Petro Chad Transport (PCT) pipeline company, a pipeline that connects Glencore’s production to ExxonMobil’s TOTCO/COTCO pipeline for FSO export offshore Cameroon.• Oversaw conveyance agreement requirements, government relations, quantity reports, and invoicing• Interfaced with other transporters and shippers on crude quality and joint capital projects governed by commercial agreements

• Developed the business case, economics, conceptual study and began moving into FEED for a 16” 500km one billion-dollar Doseo pipeline • Managed the Doseo Basin team with budget, reserves, appraisal drilling, development planning, production forecasting and project planning of accessing complex logistical areas• Created Caracal’s exploration strategy to drill over 3 billion barrels of unrisked p-mean prospective resources with a 30-40 well exploration drill program before 2016 relinquishment

• Managed the Redwater Team which executed 30 vertical, directional and horizontal drills, completions and tie-ins within 15 months in the Ellerslie and Viking formation• Liaison between Drilling Contracting Company and Orion• Led the team in evaluating the best way to drill wells for maximum production and reserves

• Executed a $42MM Capital Program during 2007 in Wilson Creek including 28 Operated and 11 Non-Operated Wells in the Belly River Oil, Glauc, Rock Creek and Pekisko formations• Forecasted future production volumes, prepared capital budgets, performed economics analysis, stewarded reserves and developed five year plans and long-term depletion strategies

• Designed, ordered and organized various projects throughout the plant and field including pipeline installations, flare stacks, heat exchangers, pumps, and secondary containments• Multi-tasked environmental projects in various Alberta fields including pre-screening activities, Phase I/II environmental assessments, decommissioning, NORM surveys, EM surveys, biotreatment, thermal desorption, landfilling, creek studies, groundwater monitoring and Environmental Impact Assessments for new development activities
