Work directly with senior leadership to create a strategic plan to hire and retain the best candidates while creating an inviting, safe, compliant work environment. Oversee the HR Department, ensuring accuracy in all hiring practices, reporting procedures, and employee related events. Collaborate with department managers to continually evolve the way that we hire and retain our employees. Ensure consistent compliance with legislation updates. Analyze wage and compensation structures to ensure competitive and attractive to top tier candidates. Communicate with legal counsel regarding escalated employee/policy issues. Review and revise policies regularly to ensure their accuracy and relevance. Negotiate insurance rates for medical, work comp, and general liability annual policies. Work with Safety Manager to ensure safe working environments for all employees.

Oversee all sales and marketing budgets and initiatives for the Black Diamond Family of Companies.

Establish a strategic marketing plan to achieve company objectives for the services that we provide. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan for both short term and long term goals to support sales and revenue objectives. Develop and manage the marketing budget for the company. Research and analyze campaigns and ROI. Determine future campaigns that will meet the objectives of the company.

Execute marketing and advertising campaigns, while analyzing the ROI for those campaigns. Responsible for developing and maintaining community relations within McHenry County and the surrounding areas.

Maintain funds for Operation Click. Serve as a Board Member to help fund-raise and raise awareness of the Operation Click program throughout Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin.

Maintained current customer relationships while seeking new customers. Responsible for maintining a minimum 43% Gross Profit while achieving over $1 million is sales.
