I'm a Clinical Informatician with a background in computer science and communication science. Focusing on making healthcare more efficient by optimizing the integration of IT solutions in clinical processes. With experience in the field of Radiology, I have a lot of expertise on (syntactic/semantic) interoperability of information using international established standards. My project management and program management skills involve both pragmatism and a results-oriented style, as well as extensive verification of technical and complex deliverables.Lately I've worked on expanding and improving communication and exchange of information between care providers (regional, within the region of Nijmegen and international between US/CA and the Netherlands). I'm coordinator of the XDS track within the nationwide Citrienfonds program 'Towards regional Oncology networks'.
