Short job description:Laurens is responsible for the planning and execution of an advanced test project. He manages a team or multiple test coordinators. Laurens acts in complex environments. The complexity could be determined by a combination of factors. Laurens has an important contribution to expert groups, knowledge management. The activities are: • Description of an assignment and monitoring timeliness • Description of a master test plan including risk analysis and test strategy • Active participation in risk management • Execution of the master test plan within budget and timelines• Reporting on the test progress and quality of the test objectLong job description:Laurens is responsible for establishing and implementing of a test project. He has an active role in both team and project level. He manages a team or independently of a test coordinators. Laurens acts in complex environments, the complexity is defined by a combination of factors: advicing, managing, sizing and estimation, responsibility, politics in projects, industry knowledge and stakeholder management.Depending on the complexity of accents, Laurens has to be focused on the test project or in an another case focused on the environment of the test project. Laurens manages the necessary preconditions and assumptions. He coordinates and aligns its test project with all related (sub) projects. He manages expectations within and outside the project. Coaching of collegues is a major part of the function.
