Managing the annual renowned World Press Photo exhibition in about 20 locations worldwide. Responsible for the whole process from contract negotiations, curating the exhibition, dealing with international press and officially opening the exhibition.World Press Photo is committed to supporting and advancing high standards in photojournalism and documentary photography worldwide. World Press Photo strives to generate wide public interest in and appreciation for the work of photographers and for the free exchange of information.

Treasurer to the board of Humanity in Action The Netherlands. Humanity in Action is an international nonprofit organization that educates and connects young people who seek to become leaders on issues related to human and minority rights.

Member of the advisory board focussed on the future of the different curriculums within the Media and Communication Studies at Erasmus University Rotterdam.

As a sustainability consultant I pro-actively advised small and medium enterprises in The Netherlands on how to incorporate sustainability in their strategy. By means of implementing simple yet very effective measures, in close collaboration with entrepreneurs we managed to bring down companies' CO2-emissions. To reach this goal different tools were available:- Online tools- Workshops- Sustainability coursesWithin Stimular I worked on strategy, sales and marketing.

For this energy-company I created a new certification system at the HR department.
