I create great workspaces for small to mid-sized companies. By leveraging the innovation of Herman Miller products, I help customers plan their current office layout, prepare for future moves or expansion, and budget for quality, ergonomic work tools and furniture.Most importantly, I help customers maximize their office square footage. Often customers feel that they are too quickly outgrowing their space, which can lead to much time spent looking for new real estate and consistent office moves. · Completed construction documents, project specifications, marketingpresentations/submittals, and project site/feasibility studies· Regularly maintained communication with contractors, engineers, and additional consultants for every assigned project· Researched and incorporated correct code compliance into every facility’s design· Provided official information and documentation during these project stages: bidding, permitting, construction (proposal requests, change orders), project close-out (verified as-built drawings), etc.

· Used 3-D laser scanning technology (Leica 3000) to create documentation drawings· Completed documentation drawings for Texas Department of Transportation projects including Landa Street Bridge and Bryson Farmstead historic sites· Animated and edited 3-D “fly-through” footage of survey data, photographs, music, and text to create marketing videos of project sites
