I work as a client support assistant on the front of house for Eversheds. I assist all of our clients when coming into our office making sure they get the award winning service they deserve. Client support is also in charge of booking all the meeting rooms, arranging the events and making sure the meetings go smoothly. We set up all the IT/AV equipment for the meetings and also make sure the catering for all meetings is served well in enough time for the event. Our main focus on the reception is our clients. We aim to give them the experience they deserve when coming into the office.

My job at hay group was central client support assistant. I worked a long side of a group of 5 of us, me being the only one in Manchester. My position at hay group was to provide support with projects with in the value of 10k-100k . The support for these projects included, formatting documents on PowerPoint and word, diary management, invoicing. Travel management for all the Manchester consultants. A big part of the job was to proof read all documents sent over by the consultants before sending of the final copy to the clients. It was very much attention to detail. I was in charge of the invoicing on a weekly basis for Manchester. Making sure all revenue was up to date. Another job in this role was processing orders for job evaluations. Hay group was a great company to work for and resulted in me learning some great skills
