Currently on maternity leave from September 2024! -----------------------------------After 10 years in Marketing, I’ve moved over to the world of Talent Acquisition. A big transition for me - after only knowing marketing as a career. Now, I'm marketing Hillarys as a great place to work and championing our employer brand! I’m highly driven, organised, enthusiastic, and mostly I just love working with people. This has been one of the great things about my new role - I get to meet and work with so many people! I’ve gained knowledge, skills and experience in the recruitment cycle, talent acquisition, stakeholder relationships, developing talent pools and talent outreach. Never content on standing still, part of my remit includes learning and development and creating talent pathways, so not only can I help find the best talent for Hillarys, I’m involved in nurturing, developing and retaining talent too. Part of my role is to acquire talent for more strategic roles within our global operations, specifically Hunter Douglas UK & Ireland.
