Monitor operation expenses and research ways to reduce costs while maintaining product quality.6. Work closely with the Environmental Health and Safety Manager to ensure all members of the all departemen team are aware of safety policies to provide a safe workplace for our employees.7. Maintain and support a superior safety and housekeeping program, including all timely communication initiatives.8. Develop and execute the plant roduction budgets.9. Analyze workforce requirements.10. Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and guidance to all operations employees.11. Encourage and promote operating in a continuous improvement environment.12.
