Yorkshire Health Partners is a new and energetic private limited company established in 2013 to provide health services to the NHS. The company shareholders are all part of the NHS family and proud of it. Our services are driven by and located in the local community. Our priority is to ensure patient safety and service quality – providing excellent clinical outcomes. We aspire to exceed all expected standards and regulatory requirements. Our Board and management team have substantial experience of managing major public and private organisations. We bring a mix of first class clinical services and skills, together with good business practice and the patient voice, to primary care. We are growing and already represent 50 GPs and almost 100,000 patients.Willing to challenge current practice, or to defend traditional values where they matter, we are confident to lead the way in designing innovative solutions, delivering excellent services and facilities and demonstrating a first class commitment to patient satisfaction and care.We are happy to receive approaches from further practices and health and social care organisations wishing to join with us as early and committed members, or as future partners, in delivering excellence in our region.The Care Commissioning Groups in the East Riding or Yorkshire and in Hull, as in the rest of the country, are issuing commissions for services in their regions. We will grow by selectively tendering for a variety of health care contracts that sit well with our core values, and are supported by the express needs of patients and care practitioners in the region
