I am an experienced global business leader, with a demonstrated track record in general management positions requiring transformational leadership. I am currently President / CEO of Schneider Electric France, where we are driving key transformations (digitization and automation, sustainability, electrification) in the domains of Energy Management and Industry. I'm also President of GIMELEC since May 2022, and Vice-president of the Electrical activity of the FIEEC since July 2022.Previously, and for the past 7 years, I was Executive Vice President in charge of Schneider Electric’s Digital Energy Division, based in the Boston area. Digital Energy Division is Schneider's activity that regroups Digital Buildings, Digital Power, Digital Grid and Digital Services, delivering products, software (on premise or on the cloud) and services to help our clients digitize their infrastructure. In Buildings, Digital Energy is a leader in Building Management Systems, Access Control and also Fire detection/prevention systems. In Power, our main capabilities are EPMS - energy and power management systems, monitoring and SCADA systems, metering, protection relays, RTUs, energy automation systems. In the Grid domain, our capabilities range from ADMS to DERMS, GIS, Smart Metering, Demand-Response software. I work with my team on re-inventing buildings for the future and on digitizing Power Distribution thanks to IoT, software and cloud capabilities. I built global business exposure through a series of divisional / entity CEO roles (based out of North America and always with global reach) since 2006, with full P&L responsibility.My domains of exposure at Schneider Electric include Industrial IoT, software, projects and services, automation and controls (Digital Energy and EcoBuilding Divisions), Solar PV conversion and storage (Solar Business), Aerospace, Medical, general industrial products and components (CST). I have built skills and experience in Strategy, Organization, Leadership, Sales management, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain management. And I am an experienced P&L manager.I also cultivated a multi-sector strategy know-how during my early years as a management and strategy consultant for McKinsey & Co in Paris.In terms of education, I hold an MBA from INSEAD and a Master of Sciences in Applied Mathematics from Ecole Polytechnique.
