• Overseeing the French Tax team in place and working closely to build and ensure a team spirit and result-oriented attitude • Managing the Tax audit ongoing of the 2 most important companies of the Group• Determining the tax result and overseeing the CIT Tax returns 2016• Monitoring the Project related to French Certification of Cash Register to be in effect as from January 2018 • High involvement in the McDo Delivery Global Project

• Participating in corporate restructuring projects: Mergers & Acquisitions and equity reconstitution• Managing tax deductibility of financial interests (thin capitalization, 25% add-back)• Overseeing individual CIT tax returns and tax consolidation group• Determining the tax result and managing CIT installments, final and tax credits• Calculating and suggesting the dividend distribution amounts• Managing VAT deduction matter and minimizing the payroll tax adverse related to the holdings• Analysing VAT applicable on operational schemes: goods and supplies of services • Dealing with Tax audits• Designing and following up the transfer pricing policy• Managing withholding tax matters (WHT) related to financial interests and dividends• Analyzing international commercial contracts (VAT, WHT, permanent establishment)• Managing the Team responsable for French Local Taxes (CFE, CFE, Tascom, TLPE...) • Developing awareness days by conducting tax training sessions (VAT mechanisms, thin capitalization rules…)
