Laurent CAVROIS is graduated from l'Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées of Paris, of the Escuala Tecnica Superior de Caminos of Madrid and of the Institut des Hautes Etudes de l’Entreprise.He began his career in 1994 at the World Bank Group in Washington DC. Between 1996 and 2006 he held several operational positions in water, transportation and energy leading companies : SUEZ in Mexico, SNCF and AREVA in Paris.In 2006, he joined VINCI Concessions where he led the consorcia that won, built and put into operation 'SEA' PPP project : a 8Bn€ and 50 years concession of a 340km High Speed Line in South west of France.In march 2017, Laurent became CEO of VINCI Highways Perú ( LimaExpresa ) managing a concession of two expressways in Lima, a strategic investment made by VINCI in Latin America, the biggest investment made by the Group outside of Europe.In July 2022, Laurent was appointed CEO of VINCI Highways Latam & CEO VIA40Express, based in Bogotá, Colombia. In charge of leading VH operations in Latam.
