As a Nearly Zero Energy Buildings (NZEB) Manager, my responsibilities included: • Conducting technical feasibility analysis • Studying the energy performance of buildings (EPC) • Implementing energy efficiency measures in buildings (HVAC or envelope) • Proposing renovation plans • Writing technical and energy specifications • Analyzing as-built documentation • Comparing as-built documentation with EPC requirementsAs an HVAC Engineer, my duties involved: • Calculating ventilation rates • Designing HVAC systems in accordance with Belgian standards, particularly regarding thermal losses • Carrying out preliminary HVAC system plans using AutoCAD • Ensuring compliance of designs with EPC requirements
