* Support product portfolio management within target market segment, conduct in-life performance analysis to evaluate product demand, positioning, viability, and profitability vs expectation. * Execution of the projects and lead cross-function teams such as R&D, marketing, sales, manufacturing, finance, supply chain and ensure product align with category strategy.* Lead product industrialization on-time, on performance, and on budget.* Evaluate project business cases with various scenarios, including the implementation such as project scope, deliverables, milestones, and budget. Manage risk for the enterprise and provide effective solutions to support the new innovate products or product changes. * Ensure new product sales align with AOP target. Work with sales and marketing and supply chain managers to ensure Demand vs. Planning is on track for each new product released to market.
