Switcher was a pioneer in corporate and social responsibility. Our mission and success with the team have been to introduce new technical collections. This required to build new value chains with full traceability from the resources to finished garments. Parallel to the Switcher’s collections, I had several projects to manage such as designing and developing the official collection of the Swiss athletes for Olympic games.

I developed certified workwear and mountain wear lines. With the creation of a brand (ISA Technical Wear), in just a few years we have acquired 60% of the professional mountains market.
