I’m grateful to have been given the opportunity to experience so many dimensions of HR, from Intern organizing training sessions for Employees, up to HR Strategy design for Bayer globally, and then Head of HR, Bayer France.During these years, I had the pleasure to personally contribute to Business / HR Transformations, Employee Engagement, Post Merger Integrations.At the turn of the 2020 decade, I addressed new challenges! When it comes to tackling the most pressing challenges for humankind, what else than taking an active role towards Sustainable Development? This is what I did as the latest assignment for Bayer, where we put Sustainability at the core of our business strategy: I designed and drove the implementation of the global Sustainability Engagement plan to embark each of our 100 000 colleagues in this journey.
