As the Operations Resource Manager I have to :Perform resource allocation activities such as:- allocation of existing resource on new engagement,- switch of consultants to different missions in order to make sure all consultants are exposed to engagements that match their career evolution,- launch of recruitment requests to Marie-Noël van Oost, Recruitment Manager and participation in the recruitment process.Make sure all free resources have an appropriate occupation such as training or involvement in existing projects as free resource so that they can acquire additional professional experience.Perform People Management activities (Evaluation process, crisis management, etc.).Review and implementation of existing/new tools and processes in order to improve our efficiency and ease consultants’ regular administrative tasks.Support the invoicing process together with the Account Managers and the Office assistant.

As a people manager, I manage the consultants in their carrier development. I am in charge of recruitment activities, seting up the yearly objectives, conducting the appraisals, organizing the training program of the employees and salary negociation.As a senior manager, I participate to define the strategy of the office.

Test manager, from strategy to delivery. Set up testing team for international companies, Load tests with LoadRunner, functional tests with QuickTest Professional. Using, administrating and internal training on Quality Center.I put in place the global testing strategy for different international companies by helping them to define their needs and setting up the adequate solution (methodology, team, tools, outsourcing, offshoring and management)

I was in charge of the training and coaching of our apprentice.

I started as a developer. I had to organize the IT service, the migration from Macintosh to PC, another migration from a legacy system to SAP (FI/CO, MM, PM, HR) and finally I was in charge of creating the help desk.
