Working as Project Manager on international R&D&I projects related to the water cycle. I am involved in all the project life cycle stages:• Conceptualization of creative ideas for different sectors (water resources, urban asset management, agriculture) and using different fields (climate services, machine learning, modelling)• Development of RDI projects by taking advantage of a variety of national and european funds (H2020, EIT-Climate KIC, ERA-NET, LIFE)• Execution and management of more than 10 projects, supervision of international team, testing in case studies, reporting to stakeholders• Transfer of the solutions developed to the group portfolio and diffusion I participate in activities specific to innovation management:• Involvment in the development of innovation and technology roadmap• Coordinator of several scoping studies at SUEZ level to build innovation strategies• Market analysis of prototypes developed in H2020 and Copernicus´projects
