• Financial leader for the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Business Unit, responsible for financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, controlling, and reporting.• Manage day-to-day closing for 10+ assigned entities to ensure that the entities’ books are maintained in accordance with local GAAP.• Overseeing general accounting duties, including journal entries, account reconciliations, daily bookings and controlling of revenue and accounts receivable.• Responsible for the monthly financial closing activities ensuring a timely and accurate financial closing & submission.• Assisting during the annual external audit process.• Manage and oversee relationships with vendors and service providers.

Reporting to the board of directors, I am responsible for overseeing all finance, accounting, and reporting activities. ensuring that all systems and procedures are in place to support effective program implementation. This includes, among other activities:- The creation and control of the annual budget and cash flow.- Overseeing all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.- Analyzing financial data and presenting financial reports in an accurate and timely manner.- Ensuring that expenditures are consistently aligned with grant and program budgets throughout the grant/fund period.

Responsible for ensuring the smooth operations, administration, and financial management of the business working closely with the GM and across all departments to develop processes & procedures, including:- Financial management: create, manage and control budget and cash flow, oversee the accountant's work, review financial statements, and present financial reports to the General Manager.- Human resources management: carry out recruitment processes, draft contracts, create induction programs, and ensure all health and safety regulations are complied with.- Investments and asset management: review and analyze the information about potential investments and keep track of current investments.- Legal: draft and review contracts, administer, control, and pay taxes, fiscal review, set up of legal entities.- Logistics: stock management, coordinate the distribution of guides in Bogotá and Cartagena, and coordinate events and experiences.- Project manager of different reconstructions and refurbishment of real state.

• Financial Reports: revenue, budget and invoice• Performance target reports.• Personnel Administration: Manage hiring process of new staff, social security affiliations, vacations, licenses, sick leave, payroll payment, and keeping their information up to date.• Personnel Logistics: Coordinate flights, hotels and legal documents for business travels, receive and process payment of travel expenses.• Managing suppliers (quotation requests, price negotiations, legal documentation, invoicing, payment and order follow ups).• Follow up of company’s contracts with the support of our external legal consulting group.• Direct contact with the accounting outsourcing to ensure compliance with financial controls, accounts payable and receivables.• Managing our corporate bank accounts and petty cash.• Managing office supplies purchase and inventory.• Support the organisation in high profile events, such as roundtables, business breakfasts, conferences, seminars and sectorial committees. • Currently coordinating Health and Safety program and training of employees.

- Request quotations and negotiate with the shipping companies.- Manage export documents and coordinate the export agency (SIA – Sociedad de Intermediación Aduanera).- Coordinate container inspections and follow up.

- Responsible for the distribution of products to the biggest supermarket chains in Colombia (Homecenter, Falabella, Pepe Ganga, Exito): coordinated deliveries, invoicing, management of transportation, and stock and client service.- Management of the importation of products from China: verify documentation, direct contact with the Import Agency (SIA), invoicing, and nationalization process.
